Yes! In fact, it’s a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you’ll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start! Our online program has video and written instructions on how to perform each exercise, making sure you get it right.
We use macro-based nutrition. This is a scientific program that is customized to your body, goals, fitness level, age, and health requirements. Macros are a scientific combination of carbs, proteins, and fats that are recommended for your body. As I am IAFS certified through 8x Mr. Olympia, Lee Haney, I have the knowledge to help you hit whatever goals you have, whether it be to lose weight, gain muscle, gain proper weight, etc. However, I expect the same effort being put in by you 🙂
No, they are not. We are a full online exercise & nutrition macro-based program! We provide customized personal nutrition and workout plans for your body type, goals, and lifestyle. We use macro-based nutrition because we find it is the best way to maintain weight loss, gain muscle, and keep the weight off. You get to work out on your own time, and you will find that nutrition with macros is NOTHING like any “fad diet”. You can also decide if you’d like to just do nutrition, or nutrition and workouts in a plan.
Not if you don’t want to! While for most clients it is more accessible to work out in a gym, we can always start with at-home workouts if that is where you are most comfortable at the time.
It all depends on you! We’ll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in! I try to tell everyone, if you have a goal, let’s get there. I’ll put in my part of the work, but I need the same amount of effort getting poured in by you also. I LOVE seeing people reach their goals!
We use MyFitnessPal for nutrition, and AP app for check-ins and workouts. I’m here to give you workout plans that I change up monthly, and I provide you with your macro numbers and change them depending on how your body is changing.
