Hi, I’m Jen! My fitness journey has had different phases through my life. I grew up as a dancer. In college, I worked out in my apartment to videotapes. In my 20’s I joined a gym and started lifting weights, taking classes, and running. That is when I found my passion for fitness and helping others. I obtained my yoga certification and began teaching. I loved teaching, so I went on to get certified in group fitness, personal training, and Pilates. I have been teaching for over 20 years. I am excited to say that I have joined the Bodyfit with Aimee team as a coach, helping people towards their health and fitness goals!
